Pictures in Motion in collaboration with The National Gallery
This special performance is a highlight of our events calendar. Enjoy a showcase of ENBS students presenting original classical and contemporary choreography, created during a twelve-week programme in collaboration with The National Gallery. The choreographic pieces are inspired by two masterpieces in Gallery’s unparalleled collection – Diana and Actaeon by Titian and The Toilet of Venus (‘The Rokeby Venus’) by Velázquez.
The result is a wonderful opportunity to experience how the next generation of dancers interpret and respond to celebrated artworks through movement, combining creativity, innovation, and technical skill in a unique and compelling performance.
