Adult Ballet Workshops

Take your training further with our Adult Ballet Workshop at English National Ballet School.

Designed for adults with previous ballet or dance experience, this one-day workshop offers the opportunity to train in our professional studios with expert ENBS faculty. Throughout the day, participants will take part in a ballet class led by Alessandra Masoero, followed by a contemporary class, providing the chance to refine technique, develop artistry and experience training at one of the world’s leading ballet schools.

The day concludes with an informal Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions about training at ENBS and meet fellow dancers.

9:30am – Registration
9:45–10:00am – Warm-up
10:00am–12:00pm – Ballet with Alessandra Masoero
12:00–12:30pm – Lunch break
12:30–2:30pm – Contemporary
2:30–3:00pm – Q&A and close

Who can attend?

This workshop is suitable for adults with prior ballet or dance experience. Please note that it is not suitable for complete beginners.
