Alina Cojocaru becomes Patron of ENBS
By We’re excited to share that international ballet star Alina Cojocaru OBE has joined us as Patron of the School.
Invited by our new Artistic Director, Lynne Charles, Alina visited the School for the first time in her new role at the beginning of the academic year. During her visit, she had the opportunity to connect with both new and returning students, as well as teachers and staff.
Recognised as one of the finest dancers of her generation, Alina is a former Principal dancer with The Royal Ballet and English National Ballet. She is currently Guest Principal dancer with Hamburg Ballet and a prominent freelance dancer, performing a variety of lead roles with some of the world’s leading ballet companies.
We all greatly look forward to working with Alina in this valuable new role.
