Juan trained as a dancer in Madrid with Carmen Roche, Tony Fabre, Lázaro Carreño and Gonzalo Zaragoza, graduating from the Dance Conservatory of Madrid with Distinction.

He was a finalist in the prestigious Prix de Paris before going on to an international career with Zurich Ballet, Bavarian State Ballet and Dutch National Ballet.

Juan has been a guest teacher for companies including Zurich Ballet, Royal Ballet of Flanders and Croatian National Ballet, as well as teaching and choreographing for ballet institutions around the world.

Since 2015, he has worked at English National Ballet School as a ballet tutor and has created a number of choreographic works for the School.

Born in Ankara, Şebnem Önal received her ballet education at the Dance Academy in Berlin, where she was a student of Russian ballet teacher Tatjana Gsovsky. She was also a scholarship holder at the Ballet Academy Heinz Bosl-Stiftung in Munich and joined the Bavarian State Ballet immediately after graduating at the age of 18.

In 1997, she joined Stuttgart Ballet under the direction of Reid Anderson, before joining the State Ballet Berlin as a soloist in 2004, under the direction of Vladimir Malakhov and later Nacho Duato.

Her repertoire includes principal and soloist roles across classical and neo-classical works, including Swan Lake, Giselle, The Sleeping Beauty, La Sylphide, The Nutcracker, Coppélia, Don Quixote, La Bayadère, Paquita, Onegin, Romeo and Juliet and The Taming of the Shrew.

Şebnem has worked with renowned choreographers including Maurice Béjart, Hans van Manen, Boris Eifman, Jiří Kylián, William Forsythe, Uwe Scholz, Nacho Duato, Mauro Bigonzetti and Marco Goecke.

She holds a Diploma in Dance Pedagogy from the John Cranko School in Stuttgart and is a certified Dance Pedagogue of the Berlin Certified School for Dance Pedagogy.

Ibrahim Önal is a teacher and mentor with an extensive international career. Since 2020, he has served as Lead Tutor for the ENBS Graduate Artists Programme, while also working as a guest teacher with leading companies internationally.

His performance career includes a decade as Principal Dancer with the Berlin State Ballet, from 2004 to 2014, preceded by roles with Stuttgart Ballet, Bavarian State Ballet in Munich and Istanbul State Ballet.

Trained at the Hungarian Dance Academy in Budapest and the State Conservatory of Mimar Sinan University in Istanbul, Ibrahim performed leading roles across the classical ballet repertoire and works by choreographers including Kenneth MacMillan, Frederick Ashton, John Cranko, Maurice Béjart, Jiří Kylián, William Forsythe, Hans van Manen, John Neumeier, Jerome Robbins and George Balanchine.

His teaching career has included collaborations with Stuttgart Ballet, Zurich Ballet and Deutsche Oper Berlin, alongside numerous international summer schools.
