Corps de Ballet English National Ballet

British dancer Zai Calliste trained at English National Ballet School, where over three years he nurtured his technique and artistry moving from his early training in Australia to London’s intense full-time programme. After graduating, Zai joined English National Ballet, stepping into his professional career with the company he trained alongside.

“The biggest skill I’ve learned during my time at ENBS is patience, patience for the process, trusting the process, and patience with myself and how I’ve developed as a dancer.”

Now with English National Ballet, Zai is excited to explore his artistic voice, build his repertoire, and contribute to the company’s dynamic future. His journey from ENBS to ENB exemplifies the School’s commitment to developing young dancers who are technically strong, creatively engaged and ready for professional life.
