Breanna Foad

Originally from Gold Coast Australia, Breanna Foad moved to London to join the English National Ballet School in 2016. After graduating in 2018, she joined English National Ballet where she was promoted to First Artist of the company. In 2025 Breanna then moved to Switzerland to join Ballett Zürich where she now currently resides as Gruppe mit Solo.

Throughout her time with English National Ballet she worked with a range of world renowned choreographers such as William Forsythe, Akram Khan, Christopher Wheeldon and Mats Ek. She also had the privilege to perform leading roles such as “Daughter/The Chosen One’ in Mats Ek’s Rite of Spring, ‘The Boy’ in Johan Inger’s Carmen and ‘The Chosen One’ in Andrea Miller’s Les Noces. In 2024 Breanna was also the winner of English National Ballet’s Emerging Dancer competition.

English National Ballet School had a fundamental role in shaping Breanna into the dancer she is today. The nurturing of artistry and creativity as well as the skills of professionalism taught at ENBS, gave her the support that she needed to transition into a company. She is very grateful for her training at ENBS.
