Accommodation
Accommodation Options
English National Ballet School does not have its own halls of residence, but we work closely with a number of trusted providers in London to help students secure safe, comfortable and well-located accommodation. Each option offers different facilities and price points, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.
While securing accommodation is the responsibility of the student, parent or guardian, we are available to support students settling into their new surroundings.
ENBS provides tuition from Monday to Saturday. Many new students will be under 18, so we highly recommend living in homestays, private halls of residence or student hostels in the first year.
Living in London
English National Ballet School is located on the border of Chelsea and Fulham, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. London has excellent transport links including underground, bus and train services, as well as walking and cycling options.
Many students begin in hostels or homestays, and then move into private rented flats with friends in their second or third year once they are more familiar with the city. Accommodation close to the School can be expensive, so it is common for students to live a short bus or tube ride away.

Homestays
Homestay accommodation is a popular choice for younger students. Families in London host students in their homes, offering a supportive “home from home” environment.
Hostels
Hostels are another good option, often run by charitable or not-for-profit organisations. They usually provide shared dormitory or twin rooms, though some offer private rooms. Bathrooms are often shared.
ENBS has close working relationships with several hostels, offering students both the support of hostel living and the social benefits of living with peers.
Please note: Hostels may have their own rules (e.g. alcohol restrictions, visitor policies). Some may close during holiday periods, please check directly with providers.
