An Introduction to Pointe: Intensive
Calling aspiring ballerinas aged 10-14! Join us from July 23rd to 25th, 2025, for a focused and inspiring 3-Day Ballet Intensive designed to strengthen and prepare you for the exciting journey into pointe work.
Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you’ll:
- Build the essential strength, technique, and alignment needed for pointe work
- Gain a deeper understanding of foot and ankle care for safe and confident dancing
- Learn pre-pointe exercises and foundational skills to support your progression

Who should apply?
Placements on the intensive are open to students of all level/abilities and are on a first come first serve basis.
