Intensive: Introduction to 4Pointe

3-Day Intensive for Aspiring Ballerinas Aged 12–16

Strengthen your pointe work, refine your technique, and achieve your goals.

Intensive Highlights & Focus:

• Introduction to the innovative 4Pointe methodology
• Alignment
• Development and understanding of the intrinsic muscles
• Control of the foot for rolling down and landing on jumps
• A holistic and mindful teaching method to help young dancers be more sustainable in their careers
• Working on the strength in the whole foot and ankle
• Led by ENBS faculty and 4Pointe-certified teachers Nicola Simpson and Şebnem Önal

Dates: July 23rd to 25th, 2025

Location: English National Ballet School, London

Eligibility: Dancers aged 12–16 with prior pointe experience

Who can apply? Placements on the intensive are open to students of all level/abilities and are on a first come first serve basis. We welcome aspiring ballerinas who are passionate about refining their technique and excited to take the next step in their journey.
