Born on the Wirral, Larissa
trained at The Royal Ballet lower and upper schools
before graduating to the Royal Ballet company
in 1986. Larissa performed all the major repertoire
of the company in the 13 years of her dance career,
from corps de ballet to principal roles, and created
roles for David Bintley, Ashley Page, William
Tuckett and Matthew Hart. On leaving the company
Larissa gained her teachers Diploma with distinction
at the R.A.D and has taught at many of the vocational
dance schools. Larissa has also staged her own
works for Central School of Ballet's Associates
school performances.
