Director of Dance
The Board of English National Ballet School are looking to appoint an exceptional and experienced Director of Dance to join us on an exciting new journey. The individual will work with English National Ballet’s Artistic Director, Tamara Rojo, to achieve our ambition of making our School the first choice for the next generation of international ballet dancers.
English National Ballet School, the official School of English National Ballet, provides world class vocational training for aspiring and highly talented young ballet dancers aged 16 to 19. We transform young dancers into world-class performers.
Currently based in West London, in 2018 the School will move with English National Ballet to a new purpose-built home at London City Island. The move will bring the School and Company under one roof and will create a centre that combines state-of-the-art training facilities, teaching and rehearsal studios alongside a unique production space unrivalled in the capital.
The Director of Dance will be someone who can continue to lead the School as an exemplary provider of ballet training whilst bringing their own inspirational vision to the role. They will recruit, train, educate and inspire elite young dancers and act as an ambassador of both the School and Company to the wider dance sector.

Classical Ballet Teachers
English National Ballet School, the official school of English National Ballet, is a specialist training centre for aspiring and highly talented young ballet dancers aged 16 – 19.
English National Ballet School is looking for Male and Female Classical Ballet Teachers to join our teaching faculty from September 2017 to July 2018, with possibility of extension. The successful candidates will teach Classical Ballet, Pas de Deux, Variations and Repertoire to students on our Professional Course and on our Summer/ Outreach Programmes. They will play a major role in the technical training, educational and pastoral care of the students at the School.
We are looking for outstanding, highly experienced teachers with a professional performance background who can take up this exciting opportunity and thrive within this professional training environment.

English National Ballet School is looking for a fulltime ballet pianist. The candidate should be experienced in playing for classical ballet class, be able to improvise to a high standard, have sight reading abilities and be able to work as part of a small team.
A good working knowledge of ballet repertoire is required (specific knowledge of English National Ballet’s current repertoire is desirable). As the School has a high number of overseas students foreign languages would also be desirable. Candidate will be expected to play a full free/unset ballet class followed by sight reading test at the interview.
Salary £30,111.84 per annumn.
